Welcome! My name is Erin and I started EC Strength Coaching because I believe strength is the foundation for physical, emotional, and mental well-being. I have a passion for health and fitness that I want to share it with others.
Physical strength is not only important for all of our daily activities, but it also helps reduce the risk of injuries. Working out helps build strong muscles that support your body. Lean muscle mass can also increase your metabolism which helps in reducing body fat.
Building strength greatly impacts your emotional and mental health. When you are working out your brain releases endorphins which reduces your perception of pain. This can reduce stress, anxiety and depression. You will experience better sleep and a higher self-esteem.
I am on a strength journey as well! My goal is to encourage and motivate you on your strength journey and help you achieve your goals.
